Saugatuck considers interaction with its business, technology and services providers to be an important part of our continuous research process.
As part of this, Saugatuck invites business, technology and services providers to request and schedule briefings with our industry analysts and consultants that focus on company strategies, positioning, products and services, evolving or developing markets, market & competitive environments, and other important issues and concerns.
Key briefing guidelines and policies are as follows:
Briefings with Saugatuck consultants and analysts will be 30 to 60 minutes in length.
Briefings must include at least one senior vendor executive with company-wide vision and strategic authority.
Briefings must be scheduled and confirmed between 7 and 30 days prior to the actual event.
All briefing materials must be delivered to Saugatuck at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled briefing.
Saugatuck briefing participants will be assigned based on availability, vendor and market knowledge, relevance to Saugatuck research agenda, and any existing relationship with briefing requesters.
Saugatuck requests that all briefings be scheduled for between 3PM and 5PM Eastern U.S. time.
Saugatuck consultants and analysts are encouraged to follow up with vendors after all briefings.
