361RA Extending SaaS by the Playbook: Xactly Managed Services for SMBs

On June 25th, sales performance management software provider Xactly Corporation launched Xactly Incent Managed Services for SMBs. Targeting companies with up to 25 variably-paid payees (sales rep, customer support professionals, channel partners, for whom compensation consists wholly or in part of incentive payments), the company seeks to expand the market for its Xactly Incent SaaS solution by providing small (under 100 employees) and medium (100-1000 employees) businesses an outsourced service. The managed service includes evaluation of company incentive compensation plan(s) against best practices, configuration in the Xactly Incent system, processing of commission and bonus payments, payroll file generation, creation and distribution of payee and management reports, and problem resolution.
