This Strategic Perspective uses data and analysis from our February 2012 research program to illustrate relative levels of use of SaaS business applications through 2013, most-widely deployed SaaS business management applications, identifies important changes and trends from what’s in use today versus what’s expected through 2013, and examines the impacts of rapid SaaS adoption on enterprise business application acquisition and management.
