Regardless of their size, businesses worldwide tend to emphasize very similar business goals. However, their emphasis on different goals varies quite a bit according to their relative size. This leads to a range of challenge and needs for IT and business leadership, and varying value propositions for IT providers. This Strategic Perspective presents data and analysis from Saugatuck’s 2012 global SaaS survey to illustrate how, and why, business priorities differ by size of enterprise, and how this intelligence can be used to understand and plan for IT investment through 2012 and into 2013.
